ABOUT

We are an accounting firm dedicated to real estate investors.  We understand how difficult it can be to track your real estate investments.  We have many years of experience assisting real estate investors track their own properties and managing our own rental properties.  We are here to make tracking your real estate investments as easy as possible.  

Jeffrey D. Winger, CPA, EA
Founder and Principal

Jeff has a Finance degree from California State University, Northridge.  From 2002 to 2007, he worked for MYBL Accounting Services where he prepared taxes and was an Accountant for small businesses.  In 2007 he became the Accounting Manager at Delta Scientific Corporation and advanced to Controller in 2013.  In this position he managed over 20 commercial and residential properties.  Since 2010, he has also been managing his own rental portfolio.  Jeff is focused on helping real estate investors reach their goals.

Mike Michalowicz
Adviser & Lead Profit First Strategist

Mike is the entrepreneur behind three multimillion dollar companies and is the author of Profit First, The Pumpkin Plan, and what BusinessWeek deemed the entrepreneurs cult classic, The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur.  He is a former small business columnist for The Wall Street Journal, speaks internationally on entrepreneurial topics, and is the creator of the Profit First method.  Mike is an active adviser on Profit First to our firm.
